The passenger or contractual partner acknowledges that if any misuse or falsifications are discovered, the transport service providers are authorized to provide all internal departments affected by the misuse and other transport service providers with the relevant personal data so that misuse can be ruled out or confirmed and further misuse prevented.
According to the Federal Act on Passenger Transport (PBG), different time limits apply to the processing of the aforementioned data. The data may be retained for a maximum of ten years if it is necessary for the enforcement of claims against that person.
Insofar as the EU GDPR is applicable, Art. 20a of the Federal Act on Passenger Transport
